Bullet Drop Compensating (BDC) elevation dials are for shooters and hunters looking for a simple, custom solution for dialing elevation in the field. Using your specific rifle, ammunition, and environmental conditions, a new dial is created with yardage marks for fast and repeatable target engagements to moderate distances in the field.
All Nightforce® NX6™ second focal plane riflescopes (excluding the 1-6x24mm) come equipped with a capped FieldSet™ elevation turret that can be easily swapped to an exposed BDC dial. Instructions for converting your turret are provided in the owner’s manual and available in video format. Nightforce also offers exposed MOA dials and conversion kits for shooters who prefer a traditional shooting experience.
Nightforce NX6 F1 riflescopes (excluding the 1-6x24mm F1) are configured with exposed FieldSet™ turrets from the factory and can accept custom BDC dials without the need for a conversion kit. Once you have received your custom BDC dial, it can be swapped onto your first focal plane NX6 without losing your zero.
